Bryan D Blythe is a seasoned tax professional with 20 years of experience in tax planning and compliance for high-net worth individuals, closely-held businesses, partnerships, trusts, and estates. Bryan has a unique expertise in alternative minimum tax (AMT) planning and stock options taxation.
A Certified Public Accountant, Bryan holds a Master's in Taxation from Golden Gate University, where he graduated with highest honors. During his studies, Bryan completed advanced coursework in federal income taxation, federal tax procedure, and tax research and decision-making, among other specialized practice areas.
Throughout his career, Bryan has worked with a variety of clients, including self-employed individuals, real estate investors, and same-sex married couples and Registered Domestic Partners. He takes a personalized approach to tax planning, working closely with his clients to understand their financial goals and develop customized solutions.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Bryan is committed to giving back to his community. He volunteers with Tax-Aid, a non-profit organization that provides income tax assistance to those in need.
In his free time, Bryan enjoys playing tennis and attending live music events. He resides in San Francisco with his husband and their beloved Boston Terrier Lola.
