Bryan D. Blythe is a distinguished tax advisor with over two decades of experience serving high-net-worth individuals, family enterprises, partnerships, trusts, and estates. His practice is defined by a boutique approach—delivering discreet, highly tailored tax planning and compliance strategies designed to meet the complex needs of a select clientele.
With recognized expertise in alternative minimum tax (AMT) and equity-based compensation planning, Bryan brings deep technical knowledge and practical insight to sophisticated tax matters. He earned his Master’s in Taxation, with highest honors, from Golden Gate University, where he pursued advanced studies in federal income taxation, tax procedure, and strategic research.
Bryan’s clients range from entrepreneurs and real estate investors to executives navigating intricate stock option strategies. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to building long-term relationships, aligning tax strategies with each client’s broader financial vision.
Outside his practice, Bryan gives back through his volunteer work with Tax-Aid, a nonprofit providing tax assistance to underserved communities. He resides in San Francisco with his husband and their Boston Terrier, Lola, and enjoys tennis and live music.
